I had my first Trager bodywork, or Trager Approach, and I loved it. I drove over from New Jersey and there was plenty of street parking. The office is inside this beautiful home and the space alone put me at ease. Despite being clothed the whole time, I felt just as relaxed as I have after any Swedish massage. This was the best massage I have ever had. My hips and back were incredibly tight affecting my ability to walk. Post massage, I felt so much better as the day progressed and can't wait to go back when I am in less distress.
