If I could give one star I would. We purchased a home last year and used this company. However, the lady who was supposed to record the deed took almost 6 weeks to record our deed how do I know because when we was trying to get a survey done it wasn't recorded. Moving forward a year later they never paid our school taxes which the money was collected at closing how do I know because my mortgage went up due to delinquent school taxes.
