My new roof leaked and destroyed my bedroom less than a year later. Step flashing was incorrect. My front porch roof also blew off about 13 months later. For the front porch they tried to convince me that it’s an insurance claim because my owens corning 30 year shingles aren’t rated for extremely high winds of 35 mph 🤦‍♀️. Contacted these guys on a friday was told someone would be straight out. This guy shows up and rolls out of the truck choking on a cigarette,he stands against the tailgate and starts making a estimate paper and says you know I am only a contractor for this company and I can do it with my own company. I didnt acknoledge him and he seemed to get agitated and got on the roof to do the measurements. When he got done with his measurments he said they would have me an estimate by monday and thats the end of it, No calls,no letters... read more
