I scheduled a telehealth appointment yesterday after testing positive for COVID-19. The appointment was set for 3:45 today. This morning, someone from the office called to confirm, but shortly after, I received an email saying the appointment was moved to 4:00 without any discussion with me. It's now almost 4:30, and no one has joined the telehealth call. I've tried contacting the office, but their voicemail says they are closed. It's difficult to recommend a doctor when you're unable to receive the care you need.
