2 thumbs up NuVibe is the best cafe in Lincoln! They serve a variety of smoothies with no added sugars and 100% juice, as well as my favorite coffee in the entire area. The drinks are not premixed, and the baristas are always willing to make your drink as varied as you want. It's great! They also serve a variety of sandwiches, soups, baked goods, wraps, and gelato. Great Place! NuVibe has the best espresso drinks and smoothies in Lincoln, the next comparable place in terms of quality would be Baristas Daily Grind in Kearney. NuVibe gets their coffee from The Roasterie in Kansas City, which is known world wide and has won several awards. Their smoothies are not pre-mixed, but are actually made from 100% juice and fruit, rather than corn syrup juice blends, or high fructose corn syrup that are served elsewhere in the area. New Vibe--Fruit Smoothies and Drinks This is not my first choice for Fruit Smoothies. When I asked for a few variations in my drink, they couldn't make it because their drinks come pre-mixed. The staff had an attitude problem. I had the protein add-in to my drink, and it really affected the taste--bleh! My daughter had a smoothie that was pre-mixed, and not outstanding in quality. We tried it a few times, and just don't have the desire to go back.
