I never give a bad review but this time I am so upsetting Nu U laser Dr. Allen and Mary treat me like that. I make a consultation with Mary in Vancouver, WA, asking to do laser for my freckles. She said it needs to take 3 times or 4 times by IPL. She said IPL will make my skin tigher, diminish my pore and get rid of freckles. She said my skin is light because I am Asian, may see result slow. Very professional. Took a long time to explain to me differences in products, and what i actually needed, he wasnt pushy and asked me to go home and do my own research on the products he suggested. He was right. Did my groupon procedure in a clean, professional, comfortable room in a medical office in a medical chair. All needles and equipment packaged and sterile . Showed me in a mirror what to expect. I was and am happy with the results. I'd go back again and get the procedure he recommended. Nice guy.

I appreciate the detail he goes into explaining each product and how it could benefit myself and my needs. His prices are very affordable and never tries to exceed my budget. Talks and moves too fast, I actually left not knowing for sure what was injected and where, left with blood dripping down my face. Sales were pushy, essentially suggesting $15,000 worth of filler (I'm 37 btw). I also had a facial, treatment room was cold, water used on my face was cold, and I was left with mascara under my eyes. My suggestion would be to go elsewhere.
I travelled 5,000 miles to meet Dr. Allen. I'm over 70! He gave me a brighter look, very natural, no down time.. I'm bringing him to Canada to treat my friends and family.
Dr George Allen is amazing! Up to date on all the latest. Staff is incredibly friendly!
