I absolutely love Dr Brank he did a lower lumber surgery on my back and my scar healed so well and majority of my symptoms are gone. And his assistant Tawanna is a gem Choose Dr Branko!!
Like Jim & Lilly Gross i too am having a difficult time getting to talk to someone. I have called 3 times and left messages 3 times for Lucy on extension 3 like the phone system says and still No phone call back. I think the Dr. needs to reevaluate his office staff and hire people that work and do what they are hired to do. Apparently the experience that Jim & Lilly had did nothing to change the staff for the better. I have called this office and left a message. Didn't receive a call back, so called again and was on hold for about 10 minutes never spoke to anyone then the call was just disconnected. IF this is how the office handles a potential new patient then not interested in doctor as he apparently does not see that his staff is as professional as he is. Very unprofessional!!
