Its so sad that this is the only nail place near me. I spent 75 dollars plus a 10 dollars tip because I didn't want to be rude I had walked in and a guy told me to sit down while he was sitting in a chair and made me wait for someone to come help me while he was just sitting there and when she had came over she was just in a rush for no reason and my nail are not how I wanted them. I literally could've done it better myself. This is ridiculous

I'm a novice so I talked to people who have their nails done regularly about what I was looking to have done and the polish style and nail shape i wanted. I wanted a gel manicure with 'squoval' shaped nails. As my first experience in decades I don't know that I'd ever get them done again - certainly not here. I don't know who did my nails because she didn't introduce herself, then again she didn't speak enough English to even understand what i asked for. Very disrespectful to my mom. Didn’t speak any English so they didn’t do what she wanted done.. she wanted gel x and they gave her acrylic. When someone would walk in during her appointment she would stand up and leave my mom sitting there. At the end she walked away and started on someone else without telling my mom she was done so she just waited. Eventually the lady just said “okay” and my mom left. Don’t go here. Over priced.

Love this place!!! Have been going here for years! Mail technicians are always so friendly and skilled in their craft! Highly recommend!
