I had my Honda Civic serviced by Nu-Mech Automotive Service, and I’m really happy with the result. My car had an A/C-related rattle that had been getting worse over the past 2 years, and Steve was able to diagnose and fix it properly. The noise is now completely gone. I had my 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 S AMG repaired through Nu Mech under warranty, and the workmanship was unacceptable. After a two-week repair with multiple delays, the car was returned in poor condition: - Missing screws and bolts underneath the body, causing rattles and very unsettling exhaust vibration - Rear seats removed and reinstalled incorrectly, leaving them permanently bent and unable to sit flat - Broken clips causing the seats to continuously bounce up and down while driving What’s worse is that when I contacted... read more

Steve was fantastic - able to do a same day diagnosis at my house and handle my warranty claim smoothly while keeping me in the loop. His tech Travis also completed the service on the weekend during a heat wave to get me mobile again. 10/10 for both of them and would recommend to anybody.

Highly recommend Steven and the team at Nu- Mech Automotive. So efficient and fast, I had to change 2 front brake pads and Steven got it done for me in a few hours as a last minute customer.
