I love this spa. They are always cheerful and respectful. They are knowledgeable and will work with you to manage expectations and give you the beauty you are looking for. I have been coming here for a few years now and love how they treat their clients.
Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and managers are so kind and professional. I’ve been using Groupons to find my new home base since moving to LA, and ReNuMe is definitely my new spot. My injector, Elizabeth, was communicative, knowledgeable, and overall one of the most lovely people I’ve ever met; she could teach a MasterClass on bedside manner. Their monthly membership, in tandem with the top tier hospitality, is what sold me on getting a membership and finally finding a home base in LA.
Received treatment for PDO threads. The person installing them referred to herself as the practitioner. Immediately after the threads were placed I noticed a 4-5 inch dent on my right side. I was told it was swelling which I knew was untrue because I myself am a Registered Nurse, the owner scheduled me for a 2 week follow up because she also knew the threads were not placed in the correct vector of skin.
