RecommendedI can't thank the staff working yesterday at Nu-Look Webster enough. My husband and 4 year old were there waiting on a repair and my child fell. He was screaming and crying. The staff rallied around to help my husband- they got ice, water, lollipops, a toy helicopter and offered fruit to my son to calm him down. It turned out, he fell just right and broke his arm. Stopped in the other day to get an estimate on a minor repair caused by a local company employee accidentally hitting my car with a service cart. However, because it was very minor, Cory Westfall was able to take care of it at no charge....what a great service and I'm very happy with the outcome.
I have been here two times for my car and I could not be happier. The repair and the customer service is top notch. They saved me over $200 on my repair (reducing my deductible significantly) and when my turn signal bulb went out after, they repaired it wuick and free of charge. I recommend Nu-Look to anyone in need of collision repair.
This is my 2nd time leaving a great comment for this place. Nu-Look Webster is lucky to have employees like Dave and Mike. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed with this place and their team!
Tammy and the staff are wonderful. I had a new fender and door put on - looks beautiful. Their level of service exceeded my expectations!
