They did amazing work. Kept me informed the entire time. Even went above and beyond and washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. They have amazing customer service skills. The secretary was so sweet and Kyle did great work!
Customer service here is awesome! Amy and Kyle kept me updated on my vehicles status at least twice a week while they had it and I also received text notifications on it as well. They did a fantastic job fixing the damage as well my car looks beautiful! They even vacuumed my car out in the front despite how messy I left it with them. 10/10
Amy and Angel at the Manitou Rd location are great hires, extremely competent and efficient at what they do. I especially appreciated Amy's organized approach to the overwhelming amount of paperwork that comes with collision repair. Gerber is lucky to have those 2 on staff.
Gerber (Greece) made my collision experience so smooth after I was hit from behind, with damage to my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. From the friendly, helpful, and informative service throughout to bi-weekly updates and quick turnaround, they made everything seamless. Highly recommend the Greece location for any collision needs.
Great job on my vehicle guys. Repairs were done on time and the previous damage isn't noticeable at all. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well.
