Terrible company! They allow Heidi to stay as a property manager at Hickory Square apartments and do nothing about the verbal abuse/threats she throws out towards tenants. When you contact customer relations they just brush you off. With the amount of times you have had to defend Heidi in court you think you would find a new property manager. I will make sure people know the truth about this company.
Fast....great service...hot food
Try to find a different place to live if you can. This is the only large complex in Imlay City but there are many smaller ones around if you explore a little bit. The property managers and office workers here are absolutely terrible. For example they will cut you off over the phone multiple times and speak to you in a manner that is extremely disrespectful. In addition, there has been a hole in the roof of our building for several months. Avoid this place if you can!!!!
