The group was friendly when i signed up but after 4 visits the technician became belligerent, complained about his job and created an uncomfortable and threatening environment. He may have been trying to get me to opt out because he already had my money. He succeeded. I can't believe the organization had an individual like this working for them.
In December they cancelled an appointment due to bad weather that day. I was told they would call back to reschedule. Then they ghosted me. No follow-up, no explanation, no final consult, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. If you decide to discontinue treatment, you owe the PREPAID patient an explanation, a suggestion of next steps, something. Do NOT waste your time here.
