Been trying this service for about 7 months thru Regional Services. The providers that arrive are pleasant and professional, however, cancellations including last minute are frequent and therefore not a reliable support for my autistic son. It could be that providers are not compensated well and have turnover or back out last minute.
When my elderly mother needed in-home help, we shopped around. After interviewing multiple companies, Nu Care was the clear choice. They came to the house, explained the process, responded to emails quickly. Everyone I spoke with was amazing! Kind, professional, caring. They are organized and helpful. 100% trust!!! Thank you Nu Care for making my mother's life better.
Ada from nu care is very disrespectful, she’s a case worker. And yes I call off for an emergency with my car but doesn't mean I’m deserved to be called “irresponsible” SO DISRESPECTFUL worry about your inappropriate rude case worker not reviews. Just how you replied to my comment proves the reputation.
