That's the first time I tried a 60 minutes massage with Nu beginnings in Lakeland. Jamie is my massage therapist. I love it totally. She used hot stone on my spine n she did a great job massaging me from soft to firm, deep to tissue and made me so relax. I felt so young and fresh after the massage was done and I felt thaw my toxins in my lymphatic vessels were being excreted out and the massage also promoted my circulation.
