Took my 15 year old nephew here to have his ps4 repaired they said it could be fixed. They wanted payment before the job. They call him a few days later telling him they couldnt fix it and would only refund him 50$. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
I had a problem with my laptop. The screen would not turn on. I run my primary business of that laptop and to say that this job was time sensitive is an understatement. From the time i dropped off the machine to every communication I had with the team there they were really great.
Ok theses guys have been taking care of my business and personal computer needs for about 6 years now im simply so satsfied i recommend them to every one
I will not go anywhere else very friendly and professional staff that fix any problems in a very timely manor!
Wonderful business!! When I first met Chuq, he made a Star Trek reference to explain what was wrong with my computer. So that immediately endeared him to me. But more to the point, he made quick work of diagnosing my problem and gave me affordable options to take care of it. Plus, he distracted my 17mo old kid with funny voices. Don't Go To The Apple Store, come see Chuq! Your money will be better spent at Nu 2U PC.
These guys were great!!! Fixed my broken computer (my mistake) quickly and did not make me feel stupid about!!! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!
