While installing insulation sheets on my garage door, I removed the screws holding the bottom roller so I could secure the sheet. Stupid move since those (RED!!!) screws hold the tension cord. That side of the door dropped and went askew over two inches so it couldn't be opened or closed. Austin came out that day and was able to realign it. He also adjusted the tension in both cords, lubricated all rollers and hinges, and checked the open and close stop settings. We hired NTX Garage Doors to install 2 glass doors in our new barndo living areas and vinyl back doors in our barn areas. After a weekend installation, we noticed tracks horribly installed, to the point where the rollers would not make complete contact. Screws were slanted, different colors and the complete install was not centered in the opening.
