Company used to respond to emails and phones calls (sales and customer service), but no longer seems to be responding to customers. I purchased 8 tents from them. One of them had a hole in the door screen and the zipper promptly broke on the storage bag. I have been trying to get NTK to respond to calls and emails for the past three months and I have received zero responses. Be careful with this one they don’t answer their phones paid for it on Sunday here it is Friday and it hasn’t even shipped yet

got the NTK PROXY 4. Easy to use and the full rain fly kept us nice and dry during our South Florida camp out!

We purchased the Arizona GT 7 years ago and WOW; this has been by far the best tent we have ever owned! We are National Park nerds and we have brought this tent everywhere..... in the snow, wind, heat, rain, every weather condition you can think of and this tent held up rock solid! We definitely tent camp alot with our dog so we have given the tent a beaten but it still looks and works like we just took it out of the box.
