I stopped by here And they had the capacitor I was looking for on their shelf for a great price. Staff was super friendly and supportive I would definitely return if I ever required another part
Excellent work, Excellent people
Very poor service and communication. When I dropped off a time sensitive commercial kitchen equipment motor for repair, I made it clear that it was critical to complete quickly. When the technician looked at it on a Friday, I was told maybe Monday. It’s now been 2 and a half weeks of calling them daily and hearing excuses. They won’t give any realistic timelines, just a constant “our technician is so so busy”. Don’t waste your time here if you rely on your equipment for work.
NTE has been taking care of our family owned business for decades! I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the job. Big or small! Top rate customer care!! Thank you
