RecommendedI had a great experience today. Joe, the manager at the Monaca location, was friendly & professional throughout my dealing with him today. He was good at reviewing costs & chatting while we waited for my car to get a tire replaced.
Went in just needing a patch on a front tire. Well the guy at the counter tells me there isn’t enough tread to patch the tire, which I knew my tread was low but not THAT low. Turns out, the mechanic was already in the process of fixing it and the store manager, Mike A., Said don’t you dare fix that to try to get me to buy new tires. So the mechanic threw a spare on when I refused to buy new tires. A buddy of mine who is also a mechanic there was able to patch the tire and put it back on. gotta love when they put the lug nuts on so tight you cant get them off even with my impact guess who gets to loosen and hand tighten them i am not breaking the studs done that before
Super disappointed it took nearly two and a half hours for an oil change when i made an appointment and they told me it would be ready in an hour. My car had black pieces all over the driver seat and door frame. My steering wheel was so greasy and dirty. Then they forgot to replace the sticker in my window. On my way home i called them to ask when i needed my next oil change and the man on the phone was so rude and kept talking over me. I couldn’t say what i wanted to say. NTB in Monaca is the ONLY garage that I will allow to touch my car! I know that they have recently had some setbacks (management abandoning the location and encouraging others to do the same) however... the new crew/managers are doing an amazing job at maintaining a reputable, well run garage. I recently went in for an alignment, my appointment time was spot on, service was completed quickly and the mechanic (Joe) went the extra mile to explain everything to me in words that I (a divorced woman) could understand. When I called them to talk about my situation the man was very friendly helpful and explained that I had purchased the necessary service when I had purchased the tires. I showed up at the store they took The car in and checked the TPMS and said they were fine and I was on my way. Saved money because The car dealership wanted to charge way too much for the service. This has to Be my second or third set of tires at this dealership so you know the services good
Everything went well - only thing I had a problem with was the smell in the waiting room.
