DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!! DO NOT go here!! My son got an oil change in his Jeep 6 months ago and hasn't driven the jeep hardly and went to change it yesterday and realized that NTB had stripped the oil pan bolt and used lock tight to bandaid it and didn't ask or talk to my son about it! He took it back to complain and they said since he has only been there once they would fix it for him if he paid full price if they wanted them to do the work and he said well I guess I'm not important to ya and they responded that he had only been a customer once! ��... read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this NTB location. I've always went to the one on Alpharetta Highway and i hate that location. But this one was great.
My tire shredded the other day coming down the interstate. My hubby took the wheel off and went to NTB who quickly put a new tire on. Ordered a new tire that day to match the other. Although, they forgot to call to let me know it came in when i called I came over and they took it right in. I did not have to wait. I appreciate it! Thanks to the tech, the young lady at the counter and Mr. Ozzie, manager (name maybe mispelled).
