They didn't put oil back in my coworkers truck and ntb is unwilling to fix it. THEY SCREWED IT UP. THEY WERE PAID TO DO A JOB AND RUINED A TRUCK.
same truck 7.2 miles no oil, 18 minutes later stalled on road, no start. no response from district manager,lost prevention,did not follow their own sign off procedures, as of 08/14/2018 no response. truck. knocks when cranked do not use
NTB has ruined our truck. They left the oil out of the truck when they performed an oil change. Then they tried to cover it up. It has been over a month since this happened and they have done nothing too fix the problem and their insurance adjuster never returns phone calls. Whatever you do don’t take your car here for anything.
