Friendly service. Joe was awesome the prices for repairs were like any shop overpriced but that’s what it is when your not able to fix it yourself. Waiting area was clean and well decorated.
Don't waste your time going here. I bought tires here with a 50000 mile warranty a year ago. Went back in to get oil change and tire rotation. They came out and told me my tires were bad and I needed new ones. These tires have less than 20 thousand of the 50 thousand mile warranty and they wont honor the warranty. Told me to take it up with tire maker. What a joke even Walmart of all places will honor tire warranty.
Asswipe on duty was rude seemed like I was imposing on his time wanting 2 tires changed and the damn paperwork and endless info they want from you NTB can kiss my ass left without doing any business with them
Went in store was two people ahead of me and was told was gonna take around 3 hours to get a oil change.so I went to volvoline and was done in 15 mins. Guess didn't want the 14.99 coupon I had
Only go here because I bought 3 year alignment when I bought tires. This shop has got me for about $4,000 in repairs since March. I had front suspension problems and was assured they could fix and took about 5 visits before finally finding the problem I was describing to them. Maybe a good place for tires and batteries but wouldn't trust them with anything else.
