Dont try to scam people with parts and service the do not need
I had a 12:30 appointment, arrived early, and sat for an hour. No other customers in the store. One car in one bay, no one was working on it. There were at least four employees and two additional counter people. No one ever even started on my car. when I asked about it the service writer told me there were no bays available. RecommendedEric was awesome, he had my tire checked out and found the issues that were not even looked for at another location. Tire rotation and oil change done in a reasonable time at a reasonable price.
I went here on this past Saturday to get a tire. When I get there the store manger says you need 4 new tires, I tell him I know that but for now I need this one tire. He proceeds to argue with me about what I’m going to pay for. He then gets mad because I wouldn’t buy 4 new tires, he then huffs and puffs and goes back and forth with me about what I’m going to pay for. Great people! I had new tires put on my vehicle a week ago at my dealership. Already, one of the tires had problems. Ronnie at NTB was very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s rare to find great customer service like this, these days. I highly recommend them.
I had a couple of issues with my 2010 Dodge Caravan SXT wheelchair van on 09-11-18. I called "Joe" and explained my situation, made a priority appointment and drove straight to the NTB, Fairview Heights location with my hazard lights on. I truly was nervous that I might not make it. wow we just spent 700 with Fairview heights ntb only to have them steal parts off of my truck!!!! tried to talk to yall about it but its ok you wont get away with it! and its quite funny we noticed the employee with the same truck same color working that day also the parts you stole we just installed that day so we know for sure they where there. this is a sad day that you go into an establishment and spend 700 of hard earned money only to have things stole off of your truck see yall soon!
