This place is trash. 2 hours for a tire plug, people ignoring me when 2 hours is a reasonable time to question what's going on with your car. The lady was talking over me the whole time I had the issue. Funny how she was responsive when I said their customer service is trash. Even the other customers agree. Folks are trying to find jobs daily, Why hasn't corporate sent them to training or something?
I waited 45 min before someone said hello, how can I help you. It went down hill from there. Everyone there was telling their horror story and experience. Will not go back to that location again.
Do not come here. this place is so slow. ive been standing at this counter for so long and have yet to be acknowledge. im never coming back.
NTB stands for Not Too Bad. I booked an appointment but they didn't have the special oil European cars take on hand so i tried again today. Took an hour in and out. They get busy quick soo to avoid problems try getting there at non peak hours
The customer service is horrible ! The older woman at the front desk is all over the place. I had an appt. but learned quickly it's pointless to have one. After waiting several hours and someone called me to let me know the lady never gave them my number and she saw my car has been sitting since 8:30 it was now 11. To tell me that they didn't even have my tire in stock. What's the point in making an appt if they don't see you at that time?
Dropped off my car and they lost my paper so they never called me. I called them and two phone calls later was able to get a price after they try to sell me every package in the book. I then get a call back because they gave me the wrong price and the right price was actually $44 more. The mechanics are super nice and very helpful. The person at the front is just over hyper. I should have just went to my dealership. Waiste of time.
