Review from September 2019: **I did not receive service on my vehicle and had previously scheduled an appointment online** I had a 4:00pm appointment which I made online. I called the store at 7am this morning to verify that my scheduled appointment was most appropriate than a walk-in after 5pm. I was told that my 4pm appointment was the best option. Trashy excuse for a business!
This place is awful. Don’t waste your time at this location. The services are amazing but the SERVICE sucks.
I had an wonderful experience with this trip. I hate hate HATE tending to anything related to car repairs so I often wait until something is wrong to seek help. This visit was no different. I needed an oil change, a new set of tires and an alignment. My representative, Ian, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like I was his only customer. PLEASE READ!!! Extremely horrible service and potentially dangerous. IF YOU EVER NEED SERVICE ON YOUR CAR DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THE NTB ( NATIONAL TIRE AND BATTERY) IN BELTSVILLE MD, I arrive for my appt at 2:30PM today to get 4 tires put on my car. Made appointment for 930 am Rockville MD Rte 355. Arrived at 9:20 got car back at 12:20 though promised for 10:30. Answer as to why? Was “First come first served.” Unacceptable.
Well i was lucky yesterday i take my car for a oil change and for the very first time the place was empty.I think it was a slow day there was one man ahead of me so i waited for at lease 45 minute.
