If you ever want to watch a football game without anyone bothering you I recommend this place. You will have enough time to get settled into your chair, watch the pregame, all four quarters, and the post game show before you get anybody bothers you with an update on the state of your vehicle. RecommendedI went to Ben White/35 Walmart location & I guess I ran over something in the parking lot. When I got out of my truck, I heard the hiss, so I got back in and drove it to the auto center and they would not even look at it. It was 5:00 pm & they close at 8:00 pm, they offered no assistance. So, I filled it with as much air as possible & drove to NTB. Even though they were busy & behind, they still took my truck in & repaired the tire. Good Customer service -
it took them 2 hours and 10 minutes to tell me my car need a $900 worth of work done on it looked up the part that was only $250 for the part and then the place is filthy

So I've gone to this location multiple times, just got some fresh oil today and I just want to express my gratitude to the staff for their knowledge, pride in the work, their kindness and just overall how much they actually care about the vehicles they work on, the best place in Austin to get anything done.
