They forgot to screw in 3 out of 4 screws on the splash guard on my car after an oil change. It started dragging while on the freeway traveling at high speed and I had to pull over and try to remove the entire piece in the shoulder if I-77. Their answer to me was “it doesn’t matter... it’s a non-essential part”. It took me calling corporate for them to agree to put a new one on.
Arrived a little early for my appointment and they were able to get started on it almost immediately. It's always a pleasant experience when I take my SUV in for service. They are friendly and take care of everything. Great service!!

Even though I ended up spending way more than I had hoped to fix my problem, I was ultimately happy with the service I got. I received concise explanations as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was treated with respect. Except for lower prices, I couldn't possibly ask for anything more.
