Had a great experience at NTB today. Extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Eric and Chris are awesome!
Thoughtful, fair, honest assessment saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs. That said, a prior repair failed, likely due to a faulty part. This, I understand, is not the result of negligence of this shop or crew. The failed part is being replaced at no cost to me and with cosrdial cooperation and no argument, whatsoever, from management. Though the repair needs to be redone, I'd still give the shop an excellent rating for graceous assistance and respectful service.
