RecommendedI had an emergency with my breaks and rotors and they were able to get me in right away to get them replaced, I also was on a tight budget and they gave me the best pricing in the area- I definitely recommend 🙌🏽
My back brakes went out so I called and set up an appointment. Got there and Chris was awesome. Couldn’t get the brakes fixed that night but said they would be done the next day. Quoted me a price and that price stayed. They even told me they had to work extra to get some bolts out. Though that might jack the price but they did an amazing job there. Thanks to Chris and all at NTB in Antioch.
Got an oil change from NTB Antioch & they never put my oil cap back on after my oil change. Was wondering why my car said I needed an oil change so fast after getting it done. Looked under the hood and the cap was lodged by a bolt in front of the hood and valve was uncovered. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
After having a good experience in the past we tried NTB our again on a Saturday. Not only was the Manager just inconvenienced by having the business, they didn’t even fix the tire! Sent my wife home on a flat tire!
My husband and I were very pleased with the great customer service, great prices for great products. So we took our daughters car in and they went out of their way to do little extras for her car as well. I certainly will be recommending this business to everyone I know. Satisfied returned customer.
