I continue to go to NTB because I purchased my tires there. Never fails …. I am always there over an hour for a standard oil change and tire rotation whether I have an appointment or not. The last time I was there I had and oil change, tire rotation and an alignment and was there for 3 Hours. The wait time is unbearable and I will not buy tires here again for wait times alone. I dread it!!!
Thank you Chance, Vinny and all the Staff at NTB in Shrewsbury, MA. I brought my minivan in today, after calling to make an appointment. I was seen promptly and told how long it would take and what would be done. Our whole family has been taking all of our vehicles there for service and maintenance for many years and couldn't be happier with the efficiency, knowledge and workmanship of the staff.
