RecommendedOutstanding service. They had all my maintenance records from Texas, figured out the problem, and had me out in two hours.

Be very careful when asking for prices!! I called and asked for prices for my tire size and was told that one brand had a buy two get 2 free, bring about $115 each, then spoke to the SAME person when I got there and when I said I needed 2, but if with the deal I could get 4 for about $250 give it take, I’ll do that. get the work done close to the time quoted. this is ridiculous
Completely satisfied with the service. Beats the daylights out of having to wait for weeks for an appointment at the dealer. Called about 5pm and asked if could be done the same day; said yes if I could get it in by 6pm. Picked it up at 8pm (was running late myself). Fantastic!
We went in to buy a spare for our car. The rep told us that they were unable to sell just one tire and they we had to buy 4. Just to be safe she advised to buy 5 (to include the spare). What a scam! This branch should be investigated for fraud.
If I could give NTB in Shrewsbury negative stars I would. I had the worst experience at this location and I want to alert anyone else on what could happen if you go here. I had 2 front flat tires on Columbus Day morning and had to have my car towed somewhere to replace my tires. NTB happened to be one of the only local places open at 7am and since I was trying to still make it to work at a decent time, I decided to have my car towed there.
