My battery was having problems, so we took it to NTB at Spring Creek Pkwy and Coit. After about 30 minutes, one of the men came out and handed me an estimate for $972.64. He told me that my alternator was bad and I needed a battery AND an alternator! I replied that my alternator should be covered under my warranty (my car is a 2017, however we bought a 100,000 mile warranty on it when I purchased 2 years ago)! Ryker, Travis, and Hailey were all super helpful in assisting me with a problem that was caused by another shop. This Team clearly cares about their customers and are honest. I have to say they have earned our family’s business from here on out.
Had battery replaced, but air sensor got partially disconnected. Car ran rough. When I took it back, they fixed it right away.
Even buying the less expensive tires, I was treated like I was spending thousands. Ryker ans his team are great!
I went in with a nail in my tire at 7am when they opened, they were so nice and professional, the manager even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for them to plug/patch it....imagine my surprise when he asked me to sign the paperwork and it was no charge....definitely a customer for life!
Well I went in for an oil change, yes that was fine but received a huge list of "upgrades" I needed, and then the tech came and told me my serpentine belt was cracked, and need replacing. They asked if I wanted to and I declined, went to autozone and bought one to do myself and pulled off my old belt... perfect condition and no cracks. Thanks for trying to scam me.
