Purchased brand new tires from them, and they said they came with tire rotation for lifetime of the tire. I took it in for service and asked for a rotation. I left and when I got home and noticed they hadn’t even been rotated. This is the second time this has happened! On top of that they touched my cream color ceiling with grease.
All NTB suck
Very rude, an hour before they closed we called them to see if they had a tire since we had just had a blowout, they said it didn’t matter because they were closing. Super rude. However Firestone in the same town who closed at the same time was able to wait on us and help us out!
Flat tire not a problem. Visited the Waxahachi NTB on HWY 77 on a Sunday. Professional, clean office, free coffee, and even a phone call to let me know it was ready (we went over to the Waffle House for breakfast). Thanks!
Called at 9:30 Sunday morning for alignment. Manager made appointment at 1 to drop it off. Get there at 12:45 to drop off truck and was told they won't get to it till 1:20 because of car in front of it. I leave and go eat lunch and run errands, come back at 1:50 just to see how it was going and truck is still sitting outside untouched. Manager didn't care and kept putting me off. What's point of making an appointment at 1 when by 1:50 the truck still sitting outside. Worst place to take a vehicle!!
