I recently got my tires changed at ntb new orleans location but was the wrong size so I went to kenner because I made a appointment to get my tires swapped and was close to home manager instantly denied any service to me , and told me he can not help me, that I have to go to the original store I got the tires from which is a other ntb location in New orleans so I had to travel 20 miles out my way to get the response of they are too busy to take my car in! so i set a appointment with you guys and showed up for my appointment , why you guys didn't even look at what's happening to my car ! my car got destroyed by the tires that was put on there! now I have no vehicle to drive to work without risking my own life ! I'm not going to live for the fact you guys didn't have a chance to look at it to determine it was unsafe for me to drive it! I had a other certified technician looked at it and from the wheel damage , it damaged other components of the vehicle!
I am still honestly devastated!

Check out how a company treats an 18 year old young women. To cover a $49 tire with road hazzard coverage. They charged her $51 in charges including a $40 tire protection charge. Nice way to cover a tire under road hazzard by charging fees that total more than the tire is worth. Suggest you avoid National Tire and Battery unless you like to waste money!
