Matt was very nice had a coupon for $19.99 oil change it eneded up $30.88... But he explained they had to put more oil due to how much my vehicle holds.
It was okay but the rep didn't even give me an option on what kind of tires I wanted!! And my half hour wait turned into 1.5hr! At any rate, I paid for two tires and when the mechanic pulled my car up to the front I almost pulled off before realizing that they only put 1 on!!! So I had to wait another half hour!! All they could say was "he messed up and sorry"! No coupon, no thank you for your patience, NOTHING!!!
Very helpful and fast service. Walked in with a flat tire with a screw in it. They were very busy, but was able get me in and out within an hour.
