My mom sent me pics of the weights that fell off her wheel. i told her to go to NTB and have them balance the wheel for $15~20. They told her the wheel is locked up and frozen, can’t drive, will need a new caliper... You idiots, i’m a mechanic, and i replaced that caliper last month. Will never recommend you clowns. 🤡
RecommendedI would recommend THIS NTB. The store went out of their way to fix a major problem caused by another NTB location in Wilmington. Problems will always occur, how a business resolves the problem is what matters and the staff and management at this location went about and beyond!
RecommendedThe NTB on route 40/896 has the best manager & customer service. The manager at the Kirkwood Hwy store is a complete joke. Very unprofessional with her attitude and disrespectful way of dealing with a problem I had with my daughter’s car. I never write reviews, but the gentlemen at the 40/896 really know how to deal with customer interaction. Thank you so much! I hope the Kirkwood Hwy has a change soon, NTB almost lost me as a long time customer.

Just want to give a Shout out to the Service Manager Dave Duck of NTB on Rt. 40 . Great Customer service and stayed after hours to make sure my car got done with the oil change and all. Thank You Dave.
Worst experience ever. Destroyed my tires and refused to accept responsibility. Then one of the workers acted like a jerk. STAY AWAY
