I am here again after a week for a rear break job come to find out they left the break caliper loose squeezing and grinding. They trying to hurt me I'm very disappointed and now waiting for hours.
Zero stars should be an option...took my truck in for service in July, work not completed but told it was. Blew the engine. Truck only had 70K miles on it. Had to put a new engine in my truck. Went to corporate through all the proper channels. NTB not taking responsibility despite us doing everything they asked of us to include pictures and videos.
