RecommendedThey always save me!! ☺️ I can always count on them to fix my tire, after a nail/screw decides to go into it. Really appreciate that they got me in quick, because I was almost flat out of air!! Where Costco on the other hand told me it was a 4 hour wait or I could wait until they opened at 8:30am 😠 Costco...how the hell does that help a flat tire!? Thank you NTB for your fast and professional service!! Always get me out of a bind!! 😁

Had an appointment for 1:30pm for a two hour service, it’s now almost 5:30pm and they still aren’t done/are charging me over $100 more than I was quoted on the phone saying I was “quoted incorrectly”. Sleazy business practices to get people in and then rip them off. Not to mention a total waste of a day as they’ve been “almost done” and “it should be ready any moment” for three hours already.
I'm sorry to add to the disappointment, however I made an appointment for an oil change, free tire rotation, & check low tire pressure for 2pm. Since I was going to be at church, Harvest Life, I dropped it off at the early bird service at 6:40. I checked approximately at 11:00 to see that it hadn't been service. I came back at 2:40pm to find it still had not been service. I was told it would take at least another hour. Needless to say, I was not a "happy camper". Thank GOD "All things work to together for my good".
Had an appointment at 1:30pm and didn't get out of their in tell 4:56pm and all they had to do is rotate my tires and replace the front ones. Really! You guys need help!
This is my second attempt at NTB and both times I had an appointment and both times ended up waiting longer than necessary.
