Great service, friendly staff and doesn't break the bank
The team here are amazing! So incredibly understanding and helpful! They took the time to explain every step, checked every little item I mentioned, gave me a timetable for fixing things instead of pressuring me to do everything right now. I will come here every time!
My diesel gelled up while driving through the area, while the major dealerships in the area were closed (Saturday) they were open. I know diesels aren't their specialty but they got me on and out in well under an hour treated me very well. Recommend highly
Went to several places to get a tire most said not today or immediately said at least a four hour wait NTB got me right in took about an hour but they have a very nice waiting room with free coffee tv loved the experience
I came in to the Alton, IL location with a bad leak in my rear passenger tire. It was important that they service it immediately as I had obviously just run over a sharp object. I’d called ahead to see how late they were open and was told bring it by, they’d see what they could do. He also said they were extremely busy and I may have to wait. Walked in with no appointment and they got me in and out in under an hour. Got a discount on the tires and a great place to wait/view the work being done. Lots of communication during the job and great customer service. We will be back. This location has their stuff together which is much different than the experience we had at the Fairview Heights location which was lacking in all areas.
