They never speak to you when you walk in! I went in yesterday bc I scheduled an online appointment but apparently they were swamped then too so I made an appointment for today! They make appointments that that don’t keep!!!!! I went to check in @ 2:40 bc I had an appointment @ 3pm! we ran our car off the road and threw the alignment out on our back tires on our jeep Cherokee . u could tell just by looking at the wheels there was a problem. took the vehicle by there to have it checked out and left it there. I got a call a few hours later. they said they couldnt aligne or fix problem that stuff was bent underneath. when I picked up I asked them what was bent they said they really couldnt tell. that I would have to take it to a body shop. long story short took it to a body shop and they checked it out and... read more
They suck and they have everything over priced
had a 3pm apt for tire rotation and alignment. didn't get my truck in shop till 3:30 it's 4:45 now and all that's done is my tire rotation and my trucks been sitting there un touched for a hrnow. not very happy. especially sine I asked before hand is this something I can just wait for or should I just drop it off.

sold a $200 "complete protection plan" only to be told after 24,000 miles that the 4 brand new tires I bought had no warranty on them because the tread being gone was a result of them being out of balance. so in other words, NTB sold me tires, NTB balanced and installed the tires, NTB took $200 for a warranty on the tires they sold, balanced, and installed. and then NTB said the warranty didnt apply because the tires they balanced were out of balance
Looked at my tire for free and pulled out - piece of metal. No leak and no charge. Awesome experience and trustworthy. Unlike Autotire who wanted to replace it and didn’t even look at the tire.
