My girlfriend took her car here get four tires put on and they stripped out a lug nut. Told me they couldn't get the wheel off and to come back when I get the wheel off and they'd put a tire on for me. I argued with a salesman about it for a half an hour and he refused to fix it. Absolutely garbage service.
Huge "thank you" to the guys at NTB in Merrillville today. Once again they have provided me with fast, professional service at a great price. Dwayne is the reason that I don't ever go anywhere else.
I had a low tire and couldn't tell which one. I pulled in to NTB and asked if they could tell me. Robert took my car in and found i had a nail in my tire. Was very polite and fixed my tire. I was in and out in no time. Thanks for the help and everyone being so nice.
Took care of my car quickly, prices were good and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Great experience , I definitely will go back again.
