Very incompetent. Called to tell them that the oil filter was not screwed on all the way after my last oil change there and almost all the oil had leaked out before it was noticed . Of course there was no manager there to help me and the employees I talked to wanted me drive the car there so that they could take a look at it...with no oil in it. Just guessing but that's probably not a good idea.
They fixed my flat asap made it to get my little one to soccer.
over 2 hrs for a tire rotation...AND...the guy shows me my left front tire, on the hub, but without lug nuts on and he wiggles it and tells me my hub is broken....DUH...any tire without lug nuts is going to wiggle if you shake it. Had it checked by 2 other places....nothing wrong with the hub. I am a very senior female and there are laws in the state of Texas that prohibit you from ripping off seniors. Penalties are steep. I am filing a complaint with the Texas AG!
I don't know why I even give this place an opportunity, this location, and Tomball, are HORRIBLE. I waited for 3 hours, to get new tires and an alignment... I had a 4:30 appointment, which obviously didn't mean anything because once I got there they acted like they had no idea what we wanted done. (We input all info online for time of appointment) They did a shit job on our alignment, I'm not even going to bother going back to get it fixed, I'd rather pay someone else more money and know they're going to do a good job. What a terrific organization! I brought my car in for repair of a tire with a nail puncture and a "check engine" light on the dash. This great group of guys fixed both in no time and sent me on my way. If you have car issues, this is the place to go.
