I originally took my SUV in for a tire rotation back in July. During my service they called and mentioned that I was due my brakes to be serviced. I agreed to the service wasn’t that a huge mistake!! After about a month my brakes started to squeak. I dealt with it until September then it got louder and louder. I made an appointment for them to check the brakes. Jeff is the most amazing service provider. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to help. The other employees there are awesome as well. Every time I come in I am helped in a swift manner and always leave with a smile on my face. I wish I could give 100 stars for the service I receive at this NTB.

Ed has always taken care of me. Michael York is a trustworthy mechanic that is nice and shoots you straight. I’ll continue using them for service and recommend anyone that asks where to go

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balance. After two hours my truck wasn’t o. The rack. This place is so miss managed its unbelievable. Rude manager

Came in for 2 front tires and a rotation and balance. A week later, the same front tire is on my passenger side. They replaced the two back tires, which were good! I called the GM, Ed, he told me to bring in my car. I called him on a later date (week later) forgot who I was. So when I told him the story, he yelled at me, spoke down to me. When I told him I needed the district managers number because I said I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my car back for the new tires, he responded with “Good.” Stay away! Shame on you NTB. You charged my co-worker $45 for an inspection, then failed it because the battery was low. The lady at the front desk was no help at all and rude. I normally take my car to NTB but after my co-worker came back in tears because of how you treated her I will not be visiting again.

I just popped in to get my tire plugged. The man slumped over the counter, talking on the phone, was not eager to help. He was rude, and told me I'd have to get in line behind everyone else, and could I leave it? Lol, no, not to plug a tire, and you've got two people lounging in your waiting area, so I can see you're all really busy. So, I left and went across the street to Goodyear, where a spry young man greeted me when I walked in, was eager to help, and get me back on the road.
