Took a little longer than I was told but it happens...great service and good price on the Michelin Defenders!
NTB always takes care of me. Several times I've run in before having to go to work to get a new tire and I was in and out of there and well less than an hour every time. Had work done from brakes to tires to a simple oil change. Never felt like I was being pressured for an upsell, and nothing was ever mysteriously broken a day or two after being in that shop. Customer service wasn't as good as Discount Tire. Also, they charged $30 to fix a flat.
Purchased set of tires February 2016 and all wheel alignment. Never had a problem with tire sensors until they put new tires on. Refused to fix my sensor. Also stripped 4 of my lug nuts. They replaced them as a courtesy that visist. A courtesy, you broke them you should replace them. Went in about a month ago to have my car realigned and fix a tire which had a nail in it. After an unsatisfactory visit at another location, I stopped by the Porter store. Shain, Tommy and service tech Leo were knowledgeable, professional, honest and gave the most excellent of customer service. I highly recommend this location!
