I needed a tire fixed. I usually go to the NTB in Humble, but my tire was loosing air fast so I stopped in Porter. I was thrilled to see Jane. She told me she had just transferred to this store and spent a couple days cleaning it up. The store was very clean and they had my tire fixed quickly. With Jane being the new manager here, I’ll drive a few extra miles for my regular oil changes and tire needs.
On my way home and needed to have my tire checked. While waiting, I used the restroom. All I can say is WOW! It was so clean! Also, happy to see a woman as the manager, Jane! Thank you for your great customer service.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO NTB bc it was the worse experience i have ever had. They rip me off and didnt fix the problem of why i can to them. The Manage was aggressive and rude. He didnt want to own up to their mistake and stole my money. He refused to correct the mistake and kick me out of the shop.
I've always used the Humble store and never had a problem.... at that time I only had oil changes and tire rotations. This particular store was closed for a while due to the flooding from Harvey, so I've used another company for my maintenance... with no problems at all... I needed new tires and NTB offered the best pricing. I set my appointment on a Thursday mid afternoon. Why do I need an appointment to get a flat fixed, I was over 35 miles from home, I got there at 9:30 am and had to make a 1:30 pm appointment, that ment me sitting in my car in the cold for over 3 and 1/2 hours to get a flat fixed, why do they not have a bay and attendant that can handle flats when they happen, we never know when we may get a nail in a tire, I will get my tires from another tire place from now on, this has happened tyo me twice at this location
