I was high pressured by sales man to buy tires and then when one was punctured had to pay for that repair as well. DIdn't feel like I was dealt with honestly, but just a way to make a sale. Won't make the same mistake again, will go to a reputable place of business
RecommendedI went there for an oil change, and in the process of changing my oil, the oil filter housing cracked. They quickly found a new housing from a third party vendor. It was aluminum and an improvement over my old plastic one. They replaced it free of charge. They were nice and respectful. I recommend them completely.
Excellent service! I give them a ten I went there for a oil change an rotation. Justin Miller was very helpful and answered all my questions I recommend going to NTB you will not be disappointed ❤️

Luckily I was paying attention today when I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil, but did not rotate the tires. When they pulled the truck around and said I was ready to go I asked them straight up if they rotated the tires, they said said yes. I then had to call them on it, and show them where my rims and tires had not been touched or rotated. They made it right after trying to give me some BS excuse as to why they didn’t rotate my tires. SUPER HELPFUL!!! Over the top service! Beautiful waiting area and free WiFi to make the waiting time as comfortable as possible! Would highly recommend! My new alignment and tire guys.
