Terrible service. Lost one of my lug nuts. Acted like it was already missing. Funny since I just had the tires put on a few weeks ago at the Stafford location. Brought truck in because it was shaking- first NTB never balanced the tires. 2.5 hours later I have balanced tires. Will not use NTB again
