Just put 1 gallon in coolent after paying them to do it. Went in for oil change, but paid $500 after they sold me brake pads, but didn't accomplish the basics. 🙄

They were able to get me in without prior notice to replace my alternator
I was there twice in the last week. The guys did an excellent job and were very courteous indeed. The wait time was normal last Friday, but the time today was shorter than expected. I was told what all was completed and I promised to return when I need to do so.
NTB on Hwy 6 in Missouri City, TX when your vehicle needs to be serviced. They are professional, helpful and friendly in providing their services. They have serviced my vehicles for over 10 years and their service has always been excellent and at competitive pricing!

Horrible service. This location ALWAYS has long wait times. They are never accommodating. Every time I walk in there and ask for a service I feel as if they do not want my business. I can only imagine how much in revenues this store has lost. If I were the manager at this store, I would do some serious revamping.
